Delete Your Account

In the app

Open the RapidX app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm your choice and your account will be scheduled for deletion.

What happens

• Your profile and listings are deactivated immediately.
• Personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, payment, or dispute purposes.
• Completed transaction history is preserved in anonymized form, as required for payment and audit records.
• Any active transactions must be completed or resolved before deletion is finalized.
